es-sarrarLLC provides an online subscription-based language learning platform including pre-recorded video and audio lessons, interactive exercises, grammar and vocabulary training tools, pronunciation feedback technology, live tutoring sessions (on qualifying plans), community forums, and educational materials. Access is provided via web browser and native mobile applications.
To access paid features, you must create an account. You agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete registration information; maintain the security of your password; promptly update your information if it changes; accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account (18 in some jurisdictions).
Access to full platform features requires a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription rate. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We use Stripe for payment processing; by subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, es-sarrarLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

If you are not fully satisfied with your es-sarrarLLC subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase. This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers and the initial subscription purchase. It does not apply to renewal charges or subsequent subscription purchases.
To request a refund, contact our support team at refunds@es-sarrarllc.com within 30 days of purchase. Include your account email address and the date of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
The following are not eligible for refunds: subscription renewal charges; purchases made after the 30-day initial guarantee period has expired; accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy; gift subscriptions that have been redeemed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate a refund unless you are within the 30-day guarantee period. After cancellation, you retain platform access until the end of your paid billing period.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We work cooperatively with all refund requests made through proper channels.

The es-sarrarLLC community forums and conversation practice features are spaces for respectful peer learning. Users must be respectful of learners at all levels, constructive in feedback and correction, and mindful that our community spans many cultures, nationalities, and backgrounds. Language used should remain appropriate for an educational context.
To report a violation of this policy, use the in-platform "Report" feature on any content or message, or email conduct@es-sarrarllc.com. All reports are investigated confidentially. We take violations seriously and will act promptly.
Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and/or reporting to appropriate legal authorities. Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
